We assess the roof before treatment, recommend the most suitable programme and identify any visible maintenance issues that may need separate attention. Results are gradual and may take six months or longer to become clearly visible, depending on the amount of growth and the weather.

Initial treatment
Moss and lichen treatment applied to the roof. Visual results can take six months or longer to become noticeable — the product begins working straight away even before the results show.

12-month follow-up
A further application where included in the agreed programme, treating any remaining growth and any new moss development.

Ongoing maintenance
Treatment at the recommended interval, commonly every 24 months, based on the roof and surrounding conditions, with regular roof checks and maintenance recommendations.

Optional add-ons
Gutter cleaning and a visual roof maintenance check while access is in place.
