Your existing roof is removed safely, the roof structure is inspected, and the new roofing system is professionally installed using quality materials and proven installation methods. If damaged or rotten timber is uncovered, we will discuss it with you before any additional work is carried out.
We keep you informed throughout the job, work to minimise disruption and leave the property clean and tidy when the re-roof is complete.

What's involved
How a re-roof works

Site inspection and quote
We inspect the existing roof, including the roofing material, flashings, structure and overall condition. This allows us to understand what is required and provide a detailed written quote.

Remove and inspect
The existing roofing is safely removed and the roof structure underneath is inspected. If rotten timber, damage or other issues are uncovered, we will discuss them with you before additional work is carried out.

Prepare the roof
New underlay, battens and the required roofing components are installed to prepare the structure for the selected roofing system.

Install the new roof
The new concrete tile or long-run roofing system is installed with the required ridges, flashings and finishing components. Roofing waste and debris are removed when the work is complete.
Every re-roof is different. Pricing depends on the roof size and pitch, the roofing system selected, site access, edge protection or scaffolding requirements, and the condition of the existing roof structure. We provide a detailed written quote after the site inspection so you know what is included before work begins.
